Anatomically-shaped water dummy who’s name is Bob. Punching Bob will be your best training partner since he will offer you maximum precision and reality training, will be always available and will not be afraid of your powerful punches and kicks. It’s also suitable for training of hitting to the vital points.

Approx. 70 cm high silhouette of a man is made of special rubber foam which put on a rubber spring base which can be filled with water or sand. This provides max stability even with most powerful punches and kicks. Silhouette is adjustable to three highs (160, 175 or 19 cm).

Suitable for all places where is difficult to hang punching bag.
