Long wooden training stick ”Bo CONE”

Description

This demonstrational and training stick is approx. 182 cm long and about 2.5 cm thick central part with tapered ends. The stick is round, made of a firm red oak, which gives the stick a necessary strength. It is primarily intended for demonstrative performing of forms as well as direct contact of stick to stick or stick to Bokken. It is mainly used for the practice of traditional Okinawa Kobudo, Kung fu, traditional Karate and other related arts.
