Long white oak training stick ”Bo WHITE”

Approx. 182 cm long and 2.5 cm thick round wooden BO training stick, made of a specially robust white oak, which gives the necessary strength and longer lasting. Designed for performing of forms on as well as for direct contact of stick to stick or stick to Bokken. It is mainly used for the practice of traditional Okinawa Kobudo, Kung fu, Ninjutsu and other related arts.
