Description
This workout wheel is simple and interesting tool for firmer and stronger muscles. Consisting of duel wheels for greater stability, with two non slip handles for better comfort. Ergonomic handles lets you perform roll-outs, inch worms, lat/diagonal pulls, and rolling planks. Its compact size means you can take it and use it anywhere. It’s used by kneeling on the floor, taking grip of the two handles and then the wheel rolling back and forth, using the core muscles to power the movement. With that you strengthens arms, shoulders, back and core muscles and Trims and tones waistline.
It is quite hard to begin with, and you must ensure you are tensing, engaging and using your abs to power the movement, as otherwise it can put pressure on your lower back. Start with a small range of movement and when you’re comfortable increase the range to make it harder.
Here are 6 simple rules to follow that will help you get the best results from your Exercise wheel:
1. Muscles need oxygen so breathe normally. Do not hold your breath!
2. For maximum strength and flexibility benefits, utilize the full range of motion for each exercise.
3. Use a smooth and steady motion when performing each exercise.
4. Perform at a slow and controlled pace on the lowering portion of each exercise.
5. Always maintain the proper body position while exercising. As shown in the manual.
6. As with any exercise program, consult your physician before beginning.
