Easy Assembly / Dismantling:

• Inflates with a universal pump (not provided) in under a minute and deflates instantly in 5 seconds. 
• For a good rebound, the product should be only slightly inflated. Should remain soft to the touch and with pressure from the hands. It is not necessary to overinflate the punching bag. 
• Do not use any compressor to Inflate the punching bag, it will cause the Bag to overinflate and burst.
• Easy to move around due to the handles on the base of the punching bag.

Stability:

• For more stability, fill the base with either water or sand. This will help the Punching bag be in place.
• It can contain up to 28 liters of water or 38 kg of sand to ensure good stability while striking.
• Laboratory tested and withstands a cycle of 50,000 repeated strikes by a machine.
• Always use boxing gloves when hitting the bag. Without them, you risk injuring yourself (burns, bruises).
