How do I find a product?
The easiest way to find the products you are interested in is to use the search engine. In the Search field, type the word or root of the word you are interested in. If the search engine returns too many hits, try being more precise, if the search engine can’t find your product, try the root of the word or a synonym.
Alternatively, you can search through the headings. In the column on the left, you will find the headings into which the items are grouped. Many headings have their own sub-headings. The headings are logically divided so that you should have no problems browsing. If a product belongs to more than one category, it will appear in all of them.
How do I buy a product?
You can add items to the trolley as you like, as they can be removed from the trolley at any time. You can check the status of your trolley by clicking the Show Trolley link in the Trolley area. Once you have decided to purchase, press Checkout, fill in the personal data fields – Step 1 (if you have used the purchase before or if you have previously registered as a New Customer, you will not need to enter your data again). Next, you choose the collection method, enter the delivery address if different from the one you provided when you registered and choose the payment method.
Purchase steps – Contract conclusion
The user selects the items he/she wants, adds them to the cart by clicking on the “Add to cart” button. You can remove selected items from the trolley at any time by clicking the “Remove” button. Once the user has finished collecting the items, he clicks on the “Checkout” button and fills in all the necessary information at the checkout and places the order. The order is placed in a queue and the customer receives a copy of the order in their mailbox. The buyer has the possibility to cancel an order in the queue by email within two hours. The order is stored in the “Archive” on the provider’s server. It is accessible to the user via the “My Orders” link in the “My Account” column.
Correcting an order
At any time during the purchase process, the user can open the trolley and can remove selected items from the trolley at any time by clicking on the “Remove” button.
Order confirmed – contract concluded Within 48 hours at the latest, the trader will review the order, check the deliverability of the product and confirm or reject the order. In the event that the price changes during the processing of the order, the trader undertakes to try to offer the user a lower price or to offer a mutually satisfactory solution. The trader reserves the right to call the user on his/her telephone number or otherwise contact him/her. The contract between the provider and the user is irrevocably concluded if the order is confirmed with the message “In Processing”, but is not concluded if the order is rejected.
Goods dispatched shall be packed and dispatched by the Trader with the original invoice and any instructions and warranty card attached, or collected by the Customer at the collection point.
