Wall mounted Makiwara board ”KARATE”

This Makiwara striking board is made with a wooden base, as well as foam padding & spring-loaded technology. Used by top Karate practitioners to enhance, condition and develop striking techniques including knuckles, elbow and other striking areas. Can be secured to the wall using three dowel hooks.
Wrapped in durable leather in black and placed on a wooden base of natural color. The base is equipped with a spring that absorbs the shocks of hitting and on the wall is fitted with three pins. Makiwara is decorated with a Japanese characters for Karate on the upper part.
