This wall hanging striking pad is made of 100% sturdy canvas. Equiped with zip that allows you to optionally fill it with sand or other material. This allows to perfectly adapt the hardness to your needs and desires. All around are mounting rings with which Makiwara can be firmly and effectively affixed to the wall. Intended for accurate and strong striking with hands and foots and strengtening fists, edges of the palm and fingers. White color.
