Punching Bag joint

Punching Bag joint is made of solid steel. It’s length is approx. 14,5 cm and consist of two rings which are connected with bearing. One ring we is attached to the chains of the punching bad and the other on the hook on the ceiling. This allows the punching bag chain to spin together with the punching bag. The punching bag’s life is with this prolonged. Especially recommended for heavy use of punching bag.
