High-quality anatomically-shaped water dummy with attractive design and easy to use. Made of a foam top in the human torso with the head of natural skin color and durable plastic base that can be filled with either water or sand. As such offer you maximum precision and reality training. It’s also suitable for training of hitting to the vital points but not recommended for extreme Thai or kick boxing training.
Filled base provides max stability even with most powerful punches and kicks. Silhouette is adjustable to three highs (160, 175 or 195 cm).
